GETTING THERE

Getting to Davos  

Davos and Klosters are easily accessible by road or rail from Zurich international airport. Transfer times from Zurich are around two hours by road or two hours 40 minutes by rail.

Nearest airports to Davos  

Zurich, the nearest main international airport, is 154 km from Davos and driving from the airport to Davos takes just over 2 hours. Klosters is slightly closer to Zurich Airport than Davos (142 km and 1 hour 50 minutes drive time).  Friedrichshafen is slightly closer to Davos and Klosters than Zurich but there are very few international flights.

Getting from Zurich airport to Davos by rail

Trains from Zurich international airport to Davos depart every hour from underneath the airport. Journey times are approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes; change at Zurich Hauptbahnhof and at Landquart. Trains stop at Davos Dorf and Davos Platz so check before departure to find out which is best for you. Rail times from Zurich airport to Klosters are 30 minutes shorter; change at Zurich HB and Landquart. For train timetables visit www.sbb.ch/en/home.html

Driving to Davos Klosters by car

Using Zurich as a starting point, it is fast motorway (toll road) driving from Zurich airport (Kloten) most of the way. Follow the A51 for a few kilometres toward A1/​Bern/​Saint Gallen/​Zürich/​Basel/​E60 then take exit 63-Zürich-Nord onto A1/​A4/​E41/​E60 toward Zürich-City/​St.Gallen/​Schaffhausen as far as exit 66-Brüttisellen then follow A53 toward Rapperswil/​Uster/​Wangen and take exit 42-Reichenburg to onto A3 toward Chur/​Glarus merge onto the A13 then take exit 14-Landquart toward Davos. To reach Klosters by car, you take the A3 Zurich-Chur road, and when you reach the Landquart/Davos exit continue via Kublis and then to Klosters.
